I opened a contract with cell c in December. took a laptop that comes with 200 data per month. i told the agent that called me that i dont want an open line when my data is over they must cut it... money should be debited on the 20th which is my pay day. In Jan they decide to debit money on the 28, in Feb they deduct more than R400 on my account. when i call them to complain they tell me that i agreed on open line. on the 4th March I called again and asked them to listen to my call recording cause i know exactly what i applied for and I never asked for my debit order to go out on the last the day of the month!! there is nothing they did... i was told that Tebogo is dealing with my query i will get a call back in 24/48 hours. but guess what..?? till today no one called me. its been more than a week almost two. i called again during this week and I was told to just wait!!! i regret why i took contract with them sies..! they tell me that i made calls and was on internet thats why it went over... MY LAST TIME USING THAT DATA WAS IS JANUARY FOR SAKE! i've never made a single call from it, not even a free call
