OVERCHARGED

It's just an on going battle with 8ta/Telkom Mobile. I've been charged "one time fees, deal discount activation fees" for an amount of R200.00 for both my line, total of R400. 00, for what is this now? Since I've upgraded my phone, this is the first time I've been charged for this, you better credit me on both the account or I will insist that my bank reverse the monies (for the next debit order) into my bank account, because as I said before I signed up for R383 per month, not extra here and there, I have lodge a complaint with the consumer already because this is just an on going battle with 8ta/Telkom mobile.
