BREACH OF CONTRACT

I have contacted your call centre and Pietermaritzburg branch on numerous occasions regarding my account, Hellopeter will be my last option, thereafter I will lodge a complaint with the consumer.
I upgraded my phone 5 months ago from a blackberry to a Samsung Galaxy s3 mini, but you still charge me for bis (R59 monthly) and (R200 monthly for I don't know what), I have been overcharged for 5 months already, you've credited me once for bis, but charge me again the following month.
I signed a contract with 8ta for the following; R268 monthly x24 months, sms, mms etc will be charge separately, should this not get sorted asap I will lodge a complaint with the consumer for further investigation because this is breach of contract, furthermore I will cancel the debit order with the bank until this is sorted, because I've been paying way more than I signed up for!!!
