I'm not even sure what to say about this- I have had a problem with my connection for the best part of four months, and have complained on this site in that regard.
The previous three Hellopeter complaints that I lodged I got the following responses:
12 Aug: A competent person will contact you shortly
23 Aug: Sandros has been notified, expect to hear from him shortly
I then complained about that despite the above no-one had contacted me, and this was the response:
5 Sept: We are not proud of the poor service you have received. Do expect a call from one of our team members during the course of the day.
Guess what? 2 Weeks later and I still have not received any call from ANYONE at Cell C. Are you proud of that?
I will bet that this will also get an automated response and no-one will actually call.
Extremely disappointing...
