In August 2013 I ported my number to Cell C. On the package I get 1Gb free data per month, but for the month of August 2013 I was billed for data usage by Autopage (SP). I contacted Autopage to enquire and they informed me that Cell C did the charges. I contacted Cell C to inquire and the consultant referred me back to Autopage.
I am not going back and forth with this request and I expect Cell C to sort this out.
Please feel free to contact me in order to discuss this problem seeing as I expect a full refund for the data charges for August.
