My contract sim card is yet not reconnected

I missed 3 months contract payments in june to august due to financial tangling for my two kids at university, last month i paid the whole amount due, which was around R1495, i payed for the new sim and i applied for sim reconnection and it has not taken place till now. The number is very important, i m yet to pay another service i did not use again. Somebody, please wake up your employees to check your fax machine and attend our queries..
