I was contacted by Moenier De Vries about a previous complaint regarding bad service from vodacom just to receive bad service again on-top of this.
its going on 3 weeks since my first complaint and i was told the matter will be seen to and made progress of but I'm still waiting.
This is UNACCEPTABLE service!!
If i have to pay a cent for a contract that i have cancelled but vodacom hasn't collected yet i sure as will take this to the newspapers.
