Billing Problems Again

For the past month or so I've been trying to get Altech to reverse their reconnection fee which was levied unduly. They have she'd to do so but the fee still appears on my invoice. I have written many emails called many times all of which were simply ignored. This by the way is the third invoice in a row that I've challenged because they simply add charges they aren't entitled to charge. Also when I want to cancel the contract and when querying some of the charges I'm told that I'm giving them the run around and that I must stop wasting their time. After that my emails were promptly ignored.

Save yourselves the stress. Don't ever consider a contract with Altech.
