Incorrect information regarding my contract

I had taken out a contract under the impression that I will be getting 200 free smses to any network. This was confirmed with a consultant in the Chatsworth Branch and when I went to take my contract out in La Lucia no one had specified that only 25 smses are to any network.

Furthermore when I had phoned the mtn consultants to query this they had told me I have 200 free smses to any network and I had phoned them more than once. I had even inspected the pamphlet and there was nothing about the smses.

This is highly misleading and disappointing.

It does not seem like the mtn personal know what they are doing.

I had changed from cell c to mtn and I am regretting it. I will not renew my contract with mtn unless this is resolved and I will be doing a write up in the paper regarding this so that other people are aware of the poor mtn service.
