So over 32hours after paying my account manually and notifying them with a proof of payment, they still try to debit my account and cut off my phone (after 8 at night I might add). Do you people not read your emails for THAT LONG??? I am disappointed and annoyed as now I am unable to use my phone AND I have extra bank charges. I expect this to be fixed and I expect a written apology. DO NOT PHONE ME AT ALL.
