How far must you go???

March I was phoned for the Vodacom deal. May I received a sim card and thinking that this will cost me R390.00 per month I sent it back the next day. 2 Weeks later a tablet was delivered. I called Elite mobile and asked them if this is included in the package deal. The answer was yes. I asked for them to resend me the sim as I have returned it (have the proof) My debit order was to go though on the 1st of each month. June they submitted the stop order on the 31st May, which resulted that it was returned. Charging me a fee and the bank fees to be paid. Once again a few emails and phone calls later, they debit my account on the 28th. Same thing, bank fees and their penalty fees. Again emails sent and phone calls. I receive an email on the 22nd of July to have a sim swap done. I MUST PAY FOR IT??? I refused. Phoned in again, told to just take in the email they had sent me. STILL it can not be done without charges. I am sitting without a sim, therefor cannot even use the tablet and expect me to pay. NO WAY, Take me to court. I will not pay for the sim and I will not pay an account till they have sorted their side out. After all my calls and emails I have done my share.
