You left me with no choice

I am very happy to supply you with the TONS of written correspondence that I have collected since May this year on my billing query. Last night, I was on the phone to 140 for 26.54 minutes speaking to Cynthia. I urge you to listen to that call recording where she stated that I will get a call back last night from someone who can assist me.
It's a new day, no phone call back, just like nobody emails me back SINCE May this year.

I expect this to be sorted as a matter of extreme urgency. I also expect a refund from Cell C for incorrectly billing me for months now.
