Extremely bad customer sirvice

I was behind on my payments on my account and paid the account 3 days before the debit order was due to go off my account and after making the payment I mailed the proof of payment to Eilleen and informed her that the payment was made. After the payment was made the debit order still went down on my account and the payment did not go through. This meant that I needed to pay my bank for the debit order that bounced and now I also go another mail from Lantic that states that I need to pay also to them for the debit order that did not go through and admin fees. This all after I have payed the account. I mailed Eilleen and asked her what it was about and was told it was due to a late payment that was paid already. I then told her that I would rather cancel the service that I have with Lantic and got a mail back from Eilleen and there was no customer retention at all. When I was working for Lantic I remember that customer retention was a big part and this service was not tolerated. This was the worst service I have ever received from any service provider staff.
