On 30 May I went to the Telkom store at Cresta. My contract was at 23 month so I completed a migration form to move to a smartsaver 50 package and cancelled my internet 5 promo and BBM. For June and July I was chrged for Smartsaver 50 and BBM and for August I was charfged for Smartsaver 50, BBM and internet 5 promo. I requested only for Smartsaver 50 and nothing else. I request that the amounts for June, July and August for Internet 5 promo and BBM be reversed and credited back to my. All my complaints are logged with 081180 to no avail. In summery, I migrated to smartsaver 50 and cancelled everything else.
