The last 3 months we have no Internet connection! Laid multiple complains with Brackenfell Branch and nothing happening. Call Center gives wrong names and reference numbers. Next day, they can't pick up any ref number. Call Center pretends as they don't understand you and don't speak English anymore! CELL C deduct every months their contract money and don't deliver at all! This is pure on customer. Please don't send me your computerized standard apology, because that rubbish! I even send emails to the head office without any reply! I want it fixed and don't want to hear your "How important is the customer" to you! Is all fake and CELL C is only out to people of their money! I HAVE THE PROOFS FOR IT!!!
