I loaded R200 airtime on a Nokia 1616 which does not have internet services and was deducted airtime for data usage of R180 in a few seconds. I called Mtn 8 times and each time they cut the call after i explained. When i phoned their technical support they required customer services to log an incident, when i phone customer services again, they continue cutting my call after asking to log a call and speak to their supervisor. I will never allow any of my friends or family to use MTN since two friends of mine had the same problem happen to them
