Telkom - What are you guys doing?!?!
For many years I've had very reasonable service from Telkom. But for the last 20 days (& 2 weeks in Jan) I have been without a usable ADSL services. After spending virtually everyday on the phone with their call centre, back & forth resetting routers & ports & being told its maintenance & "a technician will be dispatched", I'm no closer to having my ADSL up an running at a reasonable level or as Telkom puts it "Best-Attempt Service".
Telkom surely your best-attempt can't be 0.3Mbps on a 2Mbps line. I need this issue resolved, yesterday!!
