I see a lot of the people complaining on this forum about Virgin are complaining about the same thing, contract canceled, listed on ITC, no one gets back to you etc. so I'm not even going to put all of that on here. Point is its useless trying to talk to them. They listed me on ITC they admitted fault and are now turning around saying that it's my fault. I have listed a complaint with ICASA (I suggest you do the same very easy very helpful) I have contacted the new CEO jonathan.marchbank he doesn't care about old clients. But email him anyway maybe if enough people get together he would listen. Or maybe go to the papers you are entitled to be compensated for their wrong doing. They list you, you can't buy a house or a car it's a black mark on your name it's a huge inconvenience so do it this pathetic company should pay.
