After reporting this company last week, I was contacted in an effort to address my complaint.
I was advised that the phone that I had been promised but not given was out of stock, and the person offered another phone (of a lower model), or I could wait for the new delivery, which would arrive by the end of last week. The phone would be delivered to me.
When no one had contracted me, I sent an email, which was ignored, and then phoned, AGAIN, and was advised that the phone was only ordered last Friday.
I sent an email to a supervisor by the name of Mr Graham, asking for an explanation, and this has also been ignored.
I AM IRATE. Does Autopage know what customer service means???
