Upgrade of mobile phone

I received and SMS on the 13/03/13 from Autopage asking me upgrade with BB9320 R600 gift voucher. Contacted them on the 15/03. Was told it would be delivered in the first week of April as my contract only ended on the 31/03/13. To date I have not received my phone (it is now the 13/05/13)/ I have phone very week to find out what the problem is. Every time is there is a different excuse. no stock, they moved. will be delivered this week, will be delivered next wee. I even contacted them on their contact email on their website. Received an answer that I could be contacted. to date no one has contacted me. I phone Nigel again this morning. No stock again. wanted me to go to Sandton City to get one from their store. I said I could not leave the office. Said he would phone back shortly (9.45am) Still waiting. I have never has such bad service and attitude from a company. I will not be renewing my contract in 2 years time!!!
