Please can you help me. I have a Cell C data contract which I purchased telephonically with the Cell C call centre.
A month later I could not use the contract because there is no coverage in my area.
I contacted the call centre and sent emails etc. They advised they will cancel this contract as I stopped using it completely.
In December they de-activated my account but continue to debit my bank account every month.
Upon enquiring at a local cell store they advised that I need to make a payment of R482 R118. WHAT IS THIS FOR??? IT IS NOT BY CHOICE THAT I WANT TO CANCEL, IT IS BECAUSE THE SERVICE YOU SAID YOU WOULD PROVIDE DOES NOT WORK!!! you have been debiting my account yet i have an email stating it was cancelled in August.
This is just appalling. I will never support CELLC!
