NO STATEMENTS FROM CELLC & DT ORDER SENT TO FNB

My dt order was cancelled with CellC & did receive a confirmation sms reg the cancelled dt order from CellC. Once again the dt order was sent to FNB for pmt. I must pay a penalty fee reg this. Once account I DID NOT RECEIVE my CellC statement. I receivesd 6weeks ago they will send the statement to my cell. Nothing received. Yesterday I received a sms this account was not paid & my line will be suspended. I did pay my account at Nedbank CastleWalk. WHy do CellC still send the dt order through IF THE DT ORDER WAS CANCELLED!!!
This is the most terrible service I'v ever received from a company.
