It is the 3rd of September and when I go into my mweb account it shows I am throttled. I phoned in today) 03-09-2013) and I was told due to my high usage I am throttled. Please explain to me how this is possible, if I can only download 3 gigs a day after 12 at night . and it is only the 3rd of September

thank goodness I cancelled the service pitty I have to give them a 1 month notice
