So I've logged a complaint this morning regarding my internet speed. My phone rings, 031 something. Lady states she is phoning from Vodacom, do I want to upgrade my data package on my phone?
I don't know if they can't read mails or what is going on there. I clearly stated, internet is slow, coverage is bad, please assist.
Will someone please attend to my request? If it is an outsourced call centre... please loose my number!
