Slow internet, even if you buy the right phone

You buy a phone for the services and the 3G internet, but still the download speed and internet speed is super slow, the one day is downloads at 150kb/s and the next at 5kb/s, why would I buy a 4G phone if it is also gowing to be this bad. You need to pay more for the products and still its the same as the old phones.
