We took over an existing business telkom line and completed all the relevant documents, paid the relevant deposit etc on the 6th of August 2013 for takeover from the 1st of August 2013. Today when I call for a bill, I discover that the account is STILL in the old owner's name and they can't give me a bill from 1 August 2013. I have to hand calculate the rates as its mixed up with July rates and calls. I asked for the bill to be changed from the 1st of each month to the 1st of the next month. I was transferred from pillar to post only still to be holding on for assistance. Why am I not surpised??? Already been holding on for 15minutes. This is unacceptable!!
