I have logged complaints from JULY? prior with regards to coverage issues Where i Stay, I get told that I will be contacted with 48hr - which i don't get a straight answer. Then get told I should e-mail the [Email Removed] where there is no response. The last tel conversation was with a gentlman telling me they are setting up new towers & it will improve but these towers is not in the area that i stay. How does one have a cell phone contract where you struggle to make call & people cant get in contact with you??? I have had my contract for years & the coverage has just deteriorated. One of the guys actually told me that I should buy additional equipment. Apparently someone from technical would come out but nobody even attempted. Now how long do you have to wait- IS THIS HOW CLIENTS ARE TREATED -8rys of making money fom me!!! Should I change networks rather???
