Bad service delivery

I have now been battling to get Cell C to resolve the bad service and network coverage that they claim to be the best service in the mobile market to have to be fixed. I have a voice as well as a data contract with Cell C the coverage that they claim to be a 3G area or grid in the Sharonlea Randburg is nothing better than Edge coverage. When I spoke to there call centre I was told they are busy with upgrades to the system and I must just except the service till they can put in new towers which has not been approved yet and nobody knows when this will happen. But as a customer if I decide to just pay them as I please for bad service guess I'll just land up getting put on ITC and handed over as a bad payer. Seems the new consumer board needs to have more say in the "No service NO pay" then we will see companies jump in getting customer service to what it should be. Lets see if I will get any solution on this as it seems the calls that was logged and the mails that was send does not work with the bad service Cell C has to offer.
