WHERE YOU ARE A VICTIM, NOT A CUSTOMER

I am TRAPPED in a contract, which can for no reason whatsoever be cancelled, even if I do not receive any services from them (internet physically not working for 3 MONTHS), but the account is still payable.

I received a double high internet bill last month. Firstly, they cannot assist in the reason for the high bill. When you call to make a payment arrangement, they can make an arrangement, yes, but not without cutting your cellphone as well as your internet, even if you pay your cellphone account in full!

Just now, after paying the high bill in full last month, I get an sms, Dear Autopage client, you have defaulted on your promise to pay the amount of x, Please pay today to avoid an adverse listing against your name, on the credit bureau. Please ignore if paid.

I also start getting warning sms's to pay the account on the 25th of previous months, even though it is only payable by the 1st.

What an abomination! Just in case you have not paid!!

To me, Autopage stands for: PAY YOUR ACCOUNT, PREFERABLY EARLY, WHETHER YOU RECEIVE A SERVICE IN RETURN OR NOT, NO DISCUSSIONS... DEAR CLIENT!!

Dear Autopage, you also have defaulted on your promise to refund me for those 3 months ..
