After having a fun filled day of trying to get a valid response on why my 4 mb Uncapped service was still not available after paying the account, responses like "its not paid, or which account? " after explaining and sending proof of payment.. After finally getting a response they would rather refund me than actually bother to find out why my 4mb service is not active, but they will have to charge me for the 3.4Mb I used trying to access their website to see why I had no internet activity. Lets see how long and how many more valuable emails I will receive to see if they can actually manage to refund me. Luckily in today's day you can be up and running in 5 minutes with another ISP. Dont raise your blood pressure with Axxess just find a new ISP
