I got an upgrade from MTN 3 months ago at Eikestad Mall, Stellenbosch. I have moved to Durbanville so cant visit the shop in person. I have been phoning the shop (083 869 1423) all morning - no one picks up the phone. The reason i am trying to get hold of them is because my new contract is R199 per month, But in August and September they deduct R268.00 from my account
