I changed bank accounts in July - FNB notified my creditors on my behalf and i was sent regular updates by them. Autopage was half asleep, didnt do the detail change and took the debit order off my Old ABSA account which was reversed. I then got a sms to say i need to pay immediately and i will be charged a reconnection fee. I phoned the customer service dept on the 06/08/2013 and spoke to John who told me the phone was not yet disconnected and he wil do a manual debit which did happen, but i was charged the reconnection fee. (i insist that Autopage listens to the call that was recorded) i there want my money back and am now in writing cancelling my contract which expires in December 2013.
