I SENT AN E-MAIL ON 10.07.13 TO CELLC AND COPIED THE ESCALATIONS DEPARTMENT IN REQUESTING FOR MY JULY STATEMENT TO BE SENT BY CLOSE OF BUSINESS. I RECEIVED IT TODAY 14.07.13, DESPITE THE FACT THAT THEIR AUTOMATIC RESPONSE AS FOLLOWS: "Good day
