My phone got on the 6/1/2013, I phoned Auto P to report this matter as soon as I discovered my loss. The guy at the customer Services stopped the sim card, and blacklisted the handset. I need to call after 24 hrs to get an ITC nr, only THEN can I report this matter to the SAPD. According to my knowledge, you have to report any incident within 24hrs or you can stand a chance that your claim can be repudiated. I reported the incident asap at the SAPD, but they needed the blacklisted nr. Phoned Auto P but was very shocked to hear, I can get it ONLY AFTER 36hrs, I insisted on at least a reff nr, which she finally gave me. On the 8th I phoned again, got the ITC nr, filled and send the claim forms. Got an e-mail back, that I can expect the handse within 3-7 working days at AP Montana. I phoned on the 17th, and discovered a Tiaan Roos signed for the handset on the 10th. I asked for the shop nr, which was the wrong AP shop. Finally got hold of Tiaan Roos, who told me, they didn't know it was an insurance claim, they will order a new phone, I can collect the following day, but he will phone me. On the 18th I phoned, STILL NO PHONE, NO PHONE CALL FROM AUTO PAGE! Today, 21th, NO PHONE!
