Illing and incorrect numbers

My name is Khotso and have been a loyal mtn subscriber since 1997 but have lately found your service very POOR. I have two complaints, 1, is the mahala nonsesnse because now i recharge with R30 for an example, talk for a couple of minutes n a voice prompt advises that i have one minute remaining, with R17 as my airtime balance, i enquire with your call centre, and all of them are clueless and cite technical issues and that i should just reboot my phone and all will be resolved, which is a lie, i cant only make a call the next morning.

2. Yesternight i sent my fiance an MMs at 21:58 from my 0736377863 number but she received it at 21:55 from an 0832127293??? How does that happen, now i stand to lose my relationship because of your nonsense? I am extremely IRATE and want you to investigate this utter discrepancy and provide feedback within two working days, if not i will take both snap shots from my phone and hers with the MMs, the numbers and the times and send it to ombudsman. I am even considering to port all my 3 contract numbers to vodacom, because i am definitely not happy with the service from MTN, not at all.

If no positive response received, i will seek legal advise
