Ad attitude from staff membe

Can someone from vodacom call me on 0832090640 and explain to me if staff member are allowed to handle social calls for 20 minutes before they attend to cusotmer, how on earth do staff member allowed to work without name tag??

im currenly on mtn network and went to vodacom shop so i could sign up for a contract so i can have addtional sim card as i came in tru the store one cubicle was empty. I seated my self hence i wanted to be assisted to my suprise this consultant was already on the call my undestanding was she was on business call hecne i did not interupt. however as i was sitting for almost 20 minutes i flippped and gave her a tongue lashing as to why she was busy ignoring me.

Her excuse was she did not SEE me. how only earth she could not se me we she was busy organising a social event o the call. I felt undermine my this lady hence she gave a full smile to whiteone so my assumtion would be she does this to all blacks.

i would like to give thanks to THAMSANQA who was more helpful even i could not sign up for a contract he went an extra mile to call the vetting department so he can log a dispute for me. i was humble my his humility and the matter he helped
