I pjoned Vodacom cust care this morning 2 redeem points, the lady that assisted was co friendly she said we can go 2 the store 2 exchange our points and expalined everything. I was so dissapointed when we gt to the store as the 1st lady that assisted my husband gave him a diiferent story. When I told her that I spoke 2 their cust care she said she can exchabge for a blackberry but at 1st she said claimed they can't. She directed us to Ian whisvh did not greet neither smile when my husband told him what happened with the lady that served us 1st he ignored us and continued on the compueter. He went so quickly through the documents and wanted us 2 sign 4 things he nevr asked when I asked him he said well I'm asking now! How can u assume clients do not want insurance without asking an when questioned have an attitude. Is this what you call customer service no greeting, attitude, being rude? I'm disgusted with yor service.
