I have a data contract of 1G per month at R99. I was given a call today to say that usage for 1 day was 2G at a charge or R2500 that I am liable to pay as it's out of bundle.
I have a call limit on the data line of R100 which I'm billed for every month however I am told that it is not guaranteed and that the line was still connected so it's tough and I must pay the R2500 or be cut off. This is a ridiculous charge!!!
I have been with Nashua mobile for 10 years and this the treatment I get. Loyalty does not pay!!! Nashua were then nice enough to send me sms's after this call to advise me that my contract is up for renewal. You must be joking!!!
