On the internet there was info stating that when you spend R1000.00 you will get R500.00 discount if you are a Club member. On Thursday when i checked again the info was gone. I phoned customer care i spoke to Thabo. He advised me that yes its true. I then asked him how will i prove it. He said automatically the system will give me discount. Went shopping i didn't get the discount. I then phoned head office on Monday spoke to Cynthia Mahlangu. She told me that the supervisor will listen to the recording and will get back to me on Tuesday. I then phoned them on Tuesday as i didn't get anyfeed i was promised the same thing a feedback nothing happened. Wednesday and Thursday i didnt get a feedback. phoned them back again on Friday i then spoke to Khavo Mathiane who said to me Anele Mahlangu will phone me at 15:00pm with a feedback. It is now 15:30 i haven't received a feedback. I phoned then again now i am promised that i will get a call in the next 30 min.
