PATHETIC IVR

So I called MTN Customer Service with regards to a CURRENT issue on my network which I urgently need sorted as I need to use my phone ASAP, and I receive a ridiculous IVR message saying

"All our operators are currently busy please call again later" and ENDS CALL!!! with no CHOICE for me to hold the line for when they ARE available!!!

I would in a call center and would DARE taking my valued customers for absolute by putting such on the IVR I shudder to think what the ACTUAL customer service is like if the IVR just cuts people off!!

RIDICULOUS!!!
