What's wrong with MTN today
First I tried to buy Absolute Service (R59.00) for my BlackBerry and the next thing when I check my balance, mtn gave me 200.00 MB of Data
And it still shows that I have 0 MB of Internet Services, it doesn't end there when I call mtn customer services help line, the automated voice recorder tells me that I need to hold for the next operator and within 5 seconds the automated voice recorder tells me that all lines are currently busy and I should call again later and immediately cuts my call
That is a bit rather rude, can someone please rectify, I bought the Absolute Service because I wanted to use it
