CANCELLATION DEPARTMENT NOT ANSWERING CALL!!!

I don't understand why VODACOM has a call centre. I phone them everyday to cancel my contract but get put on hold indefinately and i have been on hold on average for more than 30minutes. I think you need to get your act together as soon as possible or there is another way you look at it, your cancellations department call centre is so busy because of your bad service!!! I think the latter make sense...
