Bad bad service overall!!!

Following up on previous report. No feedback as yet. Phoned call centre-spoke to Eugenia. She states that as I bought the iPhone5 (x2) in December cash and took out insurance, the insurance is only valid for the upgrade phones which they gave me (Nokias and vouchers??)
I am absolutely fuming - why was I told to take out the supposedly best insurance for the new iPhones (water damage etc etc) when now I still sit with a damaged iphone and no customer service whatsoever!!!
I will be cancelling all Autopgae insurance and when our contracts end definitely not renew it again!!
