Hi there,
I requested for cancellation of my postpaid mobile connection more than a month ago. The contract supposed to end on 26th of August I noticed it is still on postpaid. I called this morning to customer support after waiting 10 min I got hold of the customer support, the guy said it is still on postpaid and transferred my call to cancellation department. After waiting about 30 min I got hold of the guy while talking simply my call was disconnected.
Why my contract is not ended and who will pay for this month bill???
I gave 1 month advanced notice.
