INSURANCE ON PHONE

I have a contract with Autopage since 2005. Every second year when I update everything stays the same. this year I upgrade and they did not put the insurance on my account. I lost my phone and now only I get told that there is no insurance on my phone. According to Autopage they have send me a SMS stating that I must advise whether I want the insurance on my phone. I cannot recall ever receiving a SMS regarding the insurance. They give me a reference but are not able to proof that this is the SMS that was send to me. After saying that I am going to HELLOPETER I was told that they might be able to assist me, I asked why only if I report this they are willing to help. Soon after this they then again said sorry there is nothing they can do to replace me phone. I don't think I will renew my contract with them again.
