I had upgraded my contract in July 2012, when this was done i was happy with my phone even though i was not informed that I had to have a credit card to activate the app store I still kept it and carried on other things on the phone. I went into the store 3 months after having the phone as I noticied the blue tooth was not working they told me that the password or i have to match it up to another iphone which still did not work. I then forget all about it and when I had gone into a cell c branch found that the staff was so easy and friendly they told me to have it checked up. Then i got an sms to say that it will cost me R1700 to repair. I tried several times to call cell c but had no luck as they kept telling me that they will transfer me to a refferal dept. I then eventually spoke to a lady who told me that it is passed my warranty so i have to pay. she listened to what i had to say and then said to me well we cant do anything a year later, i did not need to use the bluetooth facility so that is why I did not bring it in sooner . now that I want to sort it out they will make up all sorts of stories, a contract is 24 months so the phone should be covered until then.
