MY HUSBAND DID AN UPGRADE LAST MONTH FOR A TV DEAL, THEY SAID THE TV IS OUT OF STOCK AND THEY WILL DELIVER ONCE THE STOCK IS IN.WE WAITED FOR A WHILE AND WE DECIDED TO GO TO THE SHOP AND FOLLOW UP.IN THE SHOP THEY TOLD US THAT THEY DELIVERED BUT THERE WAS NO ONE IN THE HOUSE AND THEY FONED US AS WELL AND THERE WAS NO RESPONSE.FIRST MY NUNNY IS IN THE HOUSE ALL THE TIME SHE IS AN OLD PERSON AND DOES NOT GO MUCH, SECONDLY WE NEVER RECEIVED ANY MISSED CALLS-ON THE DAY THEY SAID THEY PHONED.THEY SAY THEY GAVE THE DEAL TO SOMEONE ELSE!! ITS OUR DEAL WHY GIVE IT AWAY!! THEY SHOULD HAVE INFORMED US AS WELL WHEN WERE THEY GOING TO DELIVER! NOW THE MANAGE R DOES NOT CARE AT ALL EVERYTIME WE ARE THERE, HE DOES NOT COMMUNICATE WITH US AT ALL AS TO WHATS HAPPENING WE KEEP CALLING AND COMING TO THE BRANCH.FRIDAY THEY SAID THEY SHOULD HAVE STOCK THIS WEEKEND AND SUDDENLY YESTERDAY, ONLY WHEN WE GET THERE THEN THE MANAGER TELLS US THAT HEAD OFFICE SAID HE SHOULD CANCEL THE DEAL, MY HUSBAND DOES NOT HAVE A PHONE AS I WRITE! WE WANT THE TV DEAL PERIOD! PLEASE ALSO HIRE PROFESSIONAL MANAGERS WHO WILL CARE AND COMMUNICATE WITH CLIENTS.WE SPENT LOTS OF MONEY GOING AND CALLING ALREADY.
