PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

I went into MTN Cresta Branch on the 22/03/2013 to do a sim swop on my phone. Reason for this i usually got poor Network connection. I was advised by a Blackberry consultant to get new sim card. The lady by the name of Jaycee who assisted me tried to do the sim swap it did not work and then she tried another sim card that took me almost close to an hour in the store. I left the store with having to leave my phone off for 24hrs, after eventually switching my phone on, it was still not working. I had to call back and ask for assistance once again. Eventually on Saturday I gave Jaycee a call again Saturday afternoon my phone went on and finally had network, just to find out i now could not receive phone calls and sms's except bbm messages and whatsapp. I called the Customer care line on Sunday i was now given a reference number and was told they don't see anything blocking my calls. I was told once again to wait for 2 - 24hrs and that i would receive an sms notifying me of my call that has been logged. I cannot receive sms's due to the problem. I had no phone call either on an alternative number i had provided. UP TO DATE I HAD TO FEEDBACK. THIS UPON CALLING AGAIN YESTERDAY.
