I have 2 contracts. Went to Centurion store for upgrade on"083"number (1Nov). Store agent was unable to do upgrade himself and contacted another CellC agent to load it. Agent on the other side of the line incorrectly loaded the contract against"084"number. Number swap had to be done with cost implication of R250.I refused to pay-cannot be held liable for capturing error made by agent. After spending almost 4hours in store I was told that an investigation will be done. Call between the 2 CellC agents will be traced to determine who was at fault. Had to go back to the store on 02/11.After spending another 5 hours in store, number swap was done with confirmation that I will not be held liable. On 30/11 my debit order went through which included cost of R250.Logged a query on 30/11 (Ref.3113001503). Customer care called twice on 03/12.During the last call at about 16:00, I was told that my query will be send to the Billing dep for refund. Did a follow up on 18/12.I was told that on 07/12 Buyisiwe made comment on the system that I must go back to the store, without informing me. Agent took my details to keep me informed. No feedback. Called again-19/12.New query logged (Ref3121900532). I WANT MY MONEY
