I was checking my records with ITC when they confirmed that I have a contract with MTN and I pay R400 a month. I then called MTN to advise them to check their records as I don't have a contract with them. They asked me to send an Affidavit of which I did. Do you have department in your account. Is it really difficult for you to remove my name from ITC .I dont have a contract with MTN please and I will never have one with you guys. I own a prepaid sim card with your company for over 10 years now and I am happy with that.
Please can someone do something as this is affecting my name in ITC please
